ABOUT THIS ROLE As the Transport Operations Officer / Scheduler, your role is pivotal to daily operations and service delivery.  Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will be the conduit between the operational and administrative functions of our Stapylton business.  On the front line of operations, your duties will include; scheduling and coordinating local and linehaul truck movements, liaising with customers and drivers daily, assisting with driver training needs, maintaining fleet data and files to ensure compliance with NHVR guidelines, and helping with various operational/admin data entry tasks as required. You will be working with a safe, modern and reliable fleet, serviced and maintained in our on-site workshops. We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.
