Key Responsibilities :

  • Technical Assistance:_
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Issue Resolution:_
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • System Maintenance:_
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems and software.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running optimally.
  • Documentation:_
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.
  • User Training:_
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on the use of IT systems and software.
  • Create user manuals and instructional materials to assist customers.
  • System Configuration:_
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
  • Ensure proper installation and functionality of systems for customers.
  • Remote Support:_
  • Utilize remote access tools to diagnose and fix issues on customer systems.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps over the phone or online.
  • Security and Compliance:_
  • Ensure IT systems and customer data are secure and compliant with company policies.
  • Educate customers on best practices for maintaining security and privacy.
  • Inventory Management:_
  • Keep track of IT equipment and software licenses.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a technical support role or similar positions.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with electronic security systems is a plus.
  • Relevant qualification / degree required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Experience :

  • technical ICT: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
