About the role The Gyprock Trade Counter Sales, Warehouse Operator is a Full-time position, based at Rockingham . Reporting to the Store Manager you will join our Gyprock Trade Centre and assist in the customer service, sales and warehouse duties. In this role you will : Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers (walk in, email and phone) To assist in the day-to-day activities within the store Processing orders, invoices, and payments Maintaining high standards of displays and merchandising in our store. Warehouse duties required. Forklift licence is highly desirable or willing to obtain. Your hours are Monday to Friday from 6.30am to 4:00pm. Saturday work is available at our Mandurah and/or Myaree Store – 7am-12pm and is paid at overtime rates. Retail Customer Service experience will be considered as highly desirable.
