Team Leader - Regional Assessment Services

Summary As a Team Leader you will provide exemplary leadership to a team of Home Support Assessors who conduct face-to-face home support assessments with older Australians to enable access to the care they need to remain living independently in their chosen community. You will also conduct regular assessments to ensure contemporary practice and capability to support Homes Support Assessors in their roles. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, support and development of a team of remote home support assessors, developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring and achieving performance, KPI and quality outcomes and building/maintaining a positive team culture. What will make you successful?
