RoleThe Support Officer is responsible for the provision of high-quality project and administration support to their team to enable the Tram Infrastructure Technical Development team to operative effectively and achieve successful outcomes in line with DTP Management Frameworks.This position provides a range of support activities for the team, including meeting coordination, financial and procurement support, reporting and records management, shared mailbox management and key stakeholder liaison.Position OutcomesThe Support Officer role is central to providing comprehensive project and administrative support to their team. This includes coordinating project and stakeholder meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and assisting with the production of high-volume project correspondence, reports, briefings, and presentations.The officer efficiently manages a shared mailbox and handles email correspondence, ensuring high-quality communication standards are maintained.Additionally, the Support Officer aids in governance and reporting processes and assists the Associate Director with stakeholder coordination. They ensure that financial and procurement processes for the team are conducted timely and accurately, adhering to DTP frameworks, guidelines, and budgets.The role also involves establishing and maintaining high-quality records management systems and processes in line with DTP's standards.
