HR Capability Manager (HR, WIB & Enterprise Functions Portfolio)

How will I help?

The Capability Manager is responsible for driving capability development and maximising workforce performance. Reporting to the GM of HR, WIB & Enterprise Functions, you will support and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the HR, WIB & Enterprise Function from Heads of HR, HR Partners, and specialist roles like Organisational Development. Using your experience in performance consulting, capability development or related fields, you will lead the design and development of innovative learning solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Stakeholder engagement and collaboration
  • Lead Capability development initiatives.
  • Performance consulting, including assessment and analysis, measurement, and evaluation.
  • Product ownership for capability initiatives
  • Thought leadership and best practice.

What do I need?

With a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or Psychology (required) you will all demonstrate a Certificate IV Training and Assessment. You will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, delivering successful performance improvement and capability development initiatives. With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will have the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. With Excellent communication, facilitation & stakeholder management you will create trusted and meaningful partnerships to effectively collaborate and influence at all levels.
