Oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Develop and implement effective payroll procedures. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. About you: Proven experience leading a payroll team in a healthcare or similar complex and fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of payroll legislation, EBA’s and industry best practice. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
