As we undertake a significant program of works aimed at enhancing our operations and service delivery, we are seeking a seasoned Change Manager to help guide and implement effective change initiatives across the organisation. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged, informed, and equipped to transition smoothly through various change processes. The Change Manager will be integral in supporting and advising on change management strategies across the business. This role requires a proactive approach to developing and executing change management plans that align with RAA goals and program deliverables. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development, implementation, and execution of comprehensive change management plans, including detailed communication and engagement strategies.Develop, manage, and execute a Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Plan with relevant program stakeholders throughout the program's lifecycle.Design, prepare, and deliver awareness, educational and training materials tailored to meet the needs of different stakeholders, enhancing their understanding and capability to adapt to changes effectively.Work closely with the Program Manager, Communications team, and various business units to ensure seamless integration and implementation of program deliverables.Monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives, gather feedback from stakeholders, and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure the success of the program.Update relevant online learning modules and systems as required. About you You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. Proven experience as a Change Manager or similar role in change management.Change Management qualifications (PROSCI, PCI etc) preferred.Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights and recommendations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly and influence key stakeholders.
