KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The ability to drive sales and deliver against KPI’s, Work alongside the team, ensure the upkeep and layout of the store is in line with RB Sellars standards, Rostering to ensure great customer service, Train new and existing team members to ensure product and process standards are understood, Stock-takes, Regular reporting, including sales reporting, is part of the role, along with identifying talent and recruiting new team members where necessary.
