Ventia’s Indigenous recruitment team TRECCA are currently seeking applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to build long lasting careers within our HUB Contract as a Customer Specialist across Ngunawal country.   About the role: Our clients contact us to report maintenance issues, make rent enquiries or discuss any aspect of their portfolio with our experts. We work closely with a diverse range of clients who are active participants of public services and sectors.  Provide a consistently high level of customer service to all stakeholders predominantly via email with some telephone correspondence. Ensure that all work order management related requirements are managed and controlled promptly and effectively.  Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, documents. What we are looking for: As we are working with federal government clients, you must be an Australian citizen and be willing to undergo a police check. Sound computer skills with experience using Microsoft Suite. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A good attitude with a willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
