We are collaborating with a leading law firm who are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Planning and Environment division based in Brisbane. Our client is committed to providing exceptional legal services with excellence, integrity, and fostering a supportive work environment. Our client prides themselves on a collaborative culture and are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join their dynamic Planning and Environment team. As the Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for managing secretarial and legal administration and be the first point of client contact.  Key Responsibilities: Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence. Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel. Liaising with clients, and regulatory bodies on behalf of lawyers. Maintaining up-to-date filing systems, electronically and in hard copy. Managing the billing process, invoices and tracking payments. Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate: 2-3 years experience within a law firm is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality. Familiarity with legal case management systems is an advantage.
