About the role We are currently seeking a HSE Administrator to join Laing O'Rourke on one of our public infrastructure projects based in Perth, WA. This permanent, full-time role offers exciting career opportunities in joining a people-centric, privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise. Key responsibilities This role will support the HSE Department, where you’ll get exposure to a variety of tasks, such as: Assist in creating and preparation of publications (end of month report, correspondence etc.) Monitor employee and subcontractor compliance against the HSEMS system Run site familiarisation inductions where required Observe safe systems of work and report potential hazards Scan permits and documents into folders Provide all round administrative support to the Senior HS Manager Provide additional Administration duties in addition to key responsibilities as/when directed Provide professional communication to ensure information provided to clients is accurate, timely and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing HS correspondence About you Strong previous experience working in a site based administration role Desire to develop and advance your career in HSE Qualification related to HSE or working towards one is desirable but not mandatory Experience using HSE specific software is desirable but not mandatory Strong organisational skills Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills Benefits We work hard to create an environment that brings out the best in our people.
