IT Team Lead ANZ

Job Description We are looking for an IT Team Lead, Asia Pacific, who will be responsible for leading the team through the next stages of their growth. Your portfolio will extend across Australia and New Zealand and include all Distribution Centres, Logistics Hubs and Corporate Offices. You will ensure alignment of all IT aspects at these sites in accordance with a globally unified approach. Reporting to the Associate Director of Enterprise IT, you will be an integral part of our IT posture that has leadership backing and a strong network of peers to support and guide you as you traverse our Enterprise, Operations, SaaS and IT Security pillar. You will… Define and deliver a vision for IT in Asia Pacific Act as a trusted advisor to the organization, facilitating well-informed decision making and strategic development. Nurture and manage an established IT Team Lead, mentor and develop team members to drive positive change that is aligned with organizational vision and goals. Manage all risk, auditing, compliance and information security partnerships for the region. Work closely with the Finance Team to manage the CAPEX/OPEX budget and optimize cost savings wherever possible. Evaluate new products and services against the existing technology stack to align with the business needs, and maintain vendor relationships. Be responsible for delivering all IT Projects within the region. Set and achieve OKRs through strategically aligned global and local initiatives. You have… Ideally but not a must a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience 10 years of progressive experience working in the IT sector, with 3-5 or more years in a Senior Leadership Role Excellent project management skills and a strong ability to prioritize.
