About the roleWe are seeking a dedicated Specialist Family Violence Practitioner! You will provide outreach case management support to women and women with children who have experienced and or are currently experiencing family violence.Responsibilities includeEffective relationships are established with clients that encourage self-determinationCase management support provided to clients Individual case plans are developed in collaboration with clients and include a range of interventions that address the needs or goals of clients Case plans are implemented and actively led by the participantClients are assisted to access holistic support services and establish community connections​This is a fixed-term full-time position, contracted until June 2025, based in Frankston, VIC.
