In your capacity as restaurant manager, you will oversee the general management of the company and work to enhance the patrons' dining experience. Manage the restaurant's finances and inventory while fostering team growth through training and mentoring. In addition, you will be in charge of maintaining the overall standard of the restaurant's quality, enforcing policy, and managing its finances. daily management of relationships with multiple franchise partners and willingness to visit other locations. The main duties of your role as Manager include:·         Customer Satisfaction and Business Performance: ·        Encourage and lead operations to achieve and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Improve restaurant business performance in alignment with established standard operating procedures.    Financial Management and Quality Service: ·        Organize and manage operations to meet or exceed financial targets. ·        Achieve quality service and satisfaction for guests, staff, and management.    Reputation Management and Cultural Values: ·       Promote and uphold the company's reputation and cultural values among clients, partners, and employees. ·        Participate in recruitment, termination, and training processes.    Strategic Planning and Customer Care: ·        Implement stringent regulations for customer care practices to maximize guest retention and satisfaction. Execute strategic plans to elevate service quality standards.    Operational Focus and Atmosphere: ·        Maintain a consistent focus on fulfilling operational and financial obligations.    Foster a pleasant atmosphere and an enriching experience for visitors.    Compliance and Reporting: ·        Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and sanitation policies. ·        Observe health and safety laws and inform management of revenues and productivity.    Strategic Marketing and Advertising: ·        Oversee strategic marketing and advertising campaigns. ·        Increase brand exposure, profile, and overall sales within budgetary constraints.  Benefits and how will you be rewarded?
