Manager Analytics & Insights Data Science Sydney, Australia Manager Analytics & Insights Mable started in as the cofounders experienced the struggle to find the right home and support solutions for their family members.ew years later and with the work of an incredible team, Mable is proud to offer Australia-s largest and most diverse online community of independent support workers.ing recently been recognised in Deloitte-s Fast 50 Awards #9 - 721% Growth and winning the Australian Growth & Australian Technology Growth Company of the Year Award, this is an awesome opportunity to join a thriving scale up whose profit for mission is transforming the aged care and disability support sectors, providing meaningful impact to people-s lives across Australia.h over 3 million hours of support being facilitated through its platform annually, Mable has been growing at a very fast pace and is now over 130+ employees strong.sion We-re redefining support for disability and aged care in Australia by helping people who are ageing or living with disability to connect with independent support people in their community.t the role As a Manager, Analytics & Insights at Mable you will lead a team that uses data and analytical techniques to identify and understand our business and product challenges, communicate insights to multiple business stakeholders, partner with cross-functional teams, and develop recommendations and prototypes to solve these challenges. will be at the heart of a fast-paced, high growth environment where you will help drive real-world impact. requirementsYour responsibilities Leading and mentoring a team of up to 7 Analysts, including actively supporting and guiding the development of the people in your team Owning and being accountable for a portfolio of ongoing and project based work Developing and building partnerships with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, and other business functions Identifying highest value opportunitiesand leading the development of structured approaches to understand and solve them with data and analysis Leading exploratory analysis to identify trends and insights, and verify hypotheses Communicating the team-s analysis, insights and recommendations to non-technical audiences, both verbally and in written form Leading the development and testing of rapid prototypes for data science services, and collaborating with Data Engineers to develop a final product Championing experimentation with new approaches, techniques and solutions to the challenges we face Fostering an innovative and collaborative culture within your team and the broader company Ensuring that all data analysis adheres to the Mable privacy and security policiesExperience you'll need 5+ years of data analysis experience developing actionable insights Experience leading an analytics, pricing, consulting, data-driven operations, marketing or similar quantitative function Experience leading and mentoring at least 3 resources Capability to develop actionable, value-add insights from data, and then communicate verbally and in writing those insights to non-technical audiences to drive business impact Ability to manage and deliver multiple end-to-end projects and ongoing work simultaneously with autonomy Experience developing relationships and partnering with multiple business and technical stakeholders A -solutions mindset - of natural curiosity and a strong motivation to solve problems, no mattersho w complicated or ambiguous they might be Comfort with ambiguity, a fast-paced environment, and rapid business growth Above all else, a -can-do - attitude is the most important qualification!
