Our solutions team design a solution, and your job will be to implement it. This could involve a known client and setup, or a completely unknown environment in which you need to do an in-depth discovery. The project could be deploying Teams Telephony, an O365 Tenancy Consolidation, Cloud Migration, Exchange Decommission, MFA implementation, anything in between or all of the above!  After the discovery phase, you will work with a Project Manager to plan out activities, attend weekly progress meetings, provide support on post-change problems, and hand over to our BAU team. Requirements Here’s what you’ll be doing:  Level 2-3 build, manage and troubleshoot client applications and infrastructure: Virtual Machines, Virtualisation Platforms and Shared Storage Working in a Team to deliver quality and timely outcomes Develop cutting-edge technical strategies and build automation for the work where possible Ensuring documentation and procedures are always up to date   Here’s what you’ll bring: At least 3 years experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably in a Managed Services environment Ability to build and manage Microsoft Server environments, including Windows Server 2012 – 2019, Exchange Server and Remote Desktop deployments Advanced understanding of Active Directory Proven knowledge of the 365 Suite, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive A solid understanding of Networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and SSL Certificates Experience in supporting and maintaining backup solutions such as Veeam is preferable Experience in virtualisation technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS Experience with VOIP solutions (Teams / 3CX) Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of hardware like servers and shared storage devices PowerShell scripting experience Administrative experience in Linux is a bonus Please note that all team members must have a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be authorised to work in Australia. You may also be required to get NV1 Australian Security clearance.
