Start date: Apprenticeships Commence January 2025. Timeframe: 4 years Training: You’ll complete a Certificate III in Agricultural Mechanical Technology at TAFE NSW, and the John Deere High Performance Academy in Wagga Wagga exclusively with Hutcheon and Pearce apprentices. You’ll attend 6, 1-week blocks of classes each year for the first 3 years of your apprenticeship. The 4th and final year of the apprenticeship provides you with the opportunity to put your TAFE and classroom learning into practice to further cement your training. You will have ample support throughout your apprenticeship journey, not only through TAFE training, but also throughout the workshop and wider company with over 450 employees and a wide variety of knowledge/skills that you can lean on for support. We also have a dedicated Training and Apprenticeship Coordinator to assist you throughout your career. Prospects: In time, as you progress through your career, you will be provided the opportunity to further grow and develop your skills and may be promoted to a specialist Diagnostic Service Technician or Master Technician, Service Foreman or even Service Manager.
