Veterinary Receptionist- The Vet Practice

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused and enthusiastic person to complement our team and provide front of house care to our clients and patients. The Vet Practice is a veterinary practice and canine rehabilitation facility in Whittlesea on the northern outskirts of Melbourne with a great team and great facilities. We believe in providing outstanding patient care and believe in a holistic approach to caring for our patients. As part of the Apiam Animal Health group of regional and rural veterinary clinics across Australia, The Vet Practice is a fantastic veterinary clinic that prides itself on having a great relationship with clients, customer satisfaction and going above and beyond in patient care.    The Position: Providing outstanding customer service over the phone and face-to-face.   Welcoming clients and their pets to the clinic.   Managing appointments for clinical staff.   Liaising with vets and vet nurses to ensure efficient daily scheduling.   Processing invoices and payments.   Ensuring a neat and tidy presentation of the reception and waiting areas.   To be successful: Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred but not essential as we are willing to train the right person.
