Exciting contracting position that will see you working alongside like-minded professionals in an assessment and case management position. Established, RC owned NSW Provider. Contract opportunity working with  NSW Workers Compensation  clients. Competitive fee for service rates of  $120 per hour Complete Vocation Assessments and provide Case Management services Guaranteed hours  and files offering security to contract staff. This successful rehabilitation provider is seeking a contract Rehabilitation Counsellor to take on a return-to-work caseload with a focus on Vocational Assessments and case management within the NSW RTW scheme. This role is highly flexible and autonomous – you will be working alongside a team of highly skilled and professional contractors. This contracting opportunity is open to experienced and confident RC’s with a strong desire to assist their clients in achieving positive outcomes – return to health and work. Please note: Ideally, you will have capacity for at least 2 VOCs per week and some Case Management. More work can be provided if you would like it!  You will be responsible for the following: Completing remote assessments- Vocational Assessments Return to work case management of your clients Liaison with key stakeholders. Working closely with a strong employment services division. Completion of high-level written reporting. Requirements:  Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling (with relevant registration & membership ASORC etc.). Previous occupational rehabilitation experience Recent experience with NSW Workers Compensation cases The ability to work effectively on an independent basis Positive and client-centred professional with great communication skills in a remote setting ACN & Professional Indemnity insurance (or willingness to gain).
