We are a locally owned and operated full scope Optometry Practice which has been established in the same location for 20 years. As owners and Optometrists Claire and Ben Park bring together 40+ years of Optical Experience, ensuring the highest level of eye care.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Optical Dispenser who will attend to our patients. Ideally you will have held a similar role and be familiar with the dynamics of an Optometry Practice.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Able to work in a fast-past environment with Optometrist (Saturday work would be one-on-one with the Optometrist )
• Able to work both independently or within a team environment
• Previous experience in Optics very much favoured, however in-house training will be provided
• Excellent customer service skills with compassion towards customers and team members
• Knowledge in frame and lens selection, with demonstrated ability to interpret a patient’s prescription
• Demonstrated experience managing practice stock, ordering & invoicing
• Experience in patient pre-testing, performing visual field testing and other diagnostic imaging
• Reception & administration
