Educational Leader  Sparrow Early Learning Canning Vale Part-time Role  We are looking for someone who:    Has a true passion for Early Childhood Education & Care Thrives working within a team and enjoys having some fun along the way Is a highly motivated, passionate and inspiring leader  About the Role: As an Educational Leader you will work with and support our team of passionate Educators. You will model creativity and innovation, motivate, and lead the team to create a positive and fun working space In this role you will design and implement engaging learning programs and work collaboratively while also providing confident support and motivation within your team of Educators. What you’ll need: Diploma  in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent) Experience in planning and documentation Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards,  Current and Valid Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
