Your Role in the Hive Take a lead role in giving and modeling a holistic approach to the education, development, and care of children in our care with a focus on the physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing of the child to inspire children’s curiosity to create and explore their environment. Work as a key team member to lead and implement and exceed the NQS quality areas. Observe children in our care guiding, encouraging, and inspiring learning and self-awareness, documenting their experiences, and evaluating their daily care routines. Maintaining routines and structures that respond to the children’s needs in your care always via caring and respectful relationships. Prioritise an environment that is; safety first for children in our care and fellow team members, aesthetically uplifting and culturally welcoming, and positive. Regularly communicate with your team of Educators, Educational Leaders, and other Educational specialists about your learning experiences and developing skill sets.
