ABOUT OUR CLIENT Business located in the South East is searching for a dynamic Accounts Receivable Officer to join their growing team.  As an Accounts Receivable Officer, your responsibilities will include accurately processing invoices, managing customer accounts, and ensuring the timely collection of payments to maintain smooth financial operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Receipt incoming funds including credit card payments Manage all invoicing and debt collection Process payment reconciliations & payment offsets Process new customer accounts including performing credit checks Produce customer statements and maintain the AR Inbox Complete other ad-hoc tasks as requested by management SKILLS & EXPERTISE Previous experience working within Accounts Receivable and debt collection is essential Working knowledge of SAP Possess a qualification in Finance or Accounting is desirable Highly organised with excellent time management and high attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly competent with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel Be a self starter with the ability to take initiative
