Area Restaurant Manager

Summary:MARS Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a prestigious and globally recognisable fast food restaurant chain who are seeking an experienced Area Restaurant Manager to oversee a portfolio of restaurants in the south-west NSW region.Overseeing a portfolio of 4 restaurants, this role is crucial for maximising sales, profits, and operational efficiencies while ensuring high standards of customer service and food quality.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies for sales growth and profitability.Ensure restaurants maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality.Coach and develop team members, identifying and nurturing high-potential employees.Manage staffing functions and costs effectively, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.Support stores to achieve sales targets while controlling costs through continuous improvement methodologies.Cultivate a culture of appreciation, recognition, and inclusion within teams.Maintain adherence to operational and safety standards, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Establish successful planning and review processes to meet operational objectives.Successful Candidates Will Have:High School certificate or equivalent, tertiary qualification preferred.Food Safety Supervisor certificate required.Demonstrated area management or restaurant management experience preferably in a fast-food chain.Knowledge of relevant industrial awards and WHS legislation.5+ years of experience in retail or consumer-oriented service industry.2+ years of experience in operations management.Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.To Apply:Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are a suitable candidate for the Area Restaurant Manager position.
