At Cohort Coffee Roasters, we believe in more than just serving coffee - we deliver an experience. We are a specialty coffee roastery with multiple locations, and we’re expanding!

The Role We are currently seeking experienced and highly skilled Baristas to join our dynamic team across various locations. (Bondi, Crows Nest, Bronte )This is an incredible opportunity for individuals who are truly passionate about specialty coffee and eager to contribute their expertise in a vibrant and supportive environment.

What We're Looking For :

• Specialty Coffee Expertise : Minimum 2 years of barista experience in a specialty coffee environment within Australia.
• Coffee Knowledge : A deep understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and alternative brewing methods
• Professionalism : Someone who takes pride in their craft, provides exceptional customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Growth-Oriented : Willingness to participate in brand activations and unique coffee events, with opportunities for career advancement within the company.
