Your new opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to be the face of Cutcher & Neale. As the front of house and often first point of contact, our Receptionists are responsible for providing outstanding client service and providing quality administration support to our team.

This is a job share position with a set schedule of 16 hours per week, 8:15am-5:15pm on Thursdays & Fridays. Key responsibilities for this position are:

  • Managing business phone calls for the Firm
  • Meeting and greeting clients arriving in reception
  • Overseeing the reception area and meeting room spaces
  • Attending to internal and external enquires
  • General administration duties including assisting the team and wider firm, ad hoc kitchen duties and the management of outgoing mail, invoices, internal catering, supply orders, etc.

To be successful in this role you will need :

  • Experience working in a similar position within a corporate environment
  • Excellent communication skills to manage a job share position and actively participate with the broader administration team
  • Great with technology and able to pick up new software packages
  • Ability to build rapport with staff, clients and external contacts
  • Excellent self-presentation and telephone manner
