Our Sponsorship team is responsible for developing and maintaining the corporate partnerships within our sponsorship portfolio along with corporate philanthropy for Harvey Norman in the Australian market Our expansive sponsorship portfolio includes the NRL, NRLW, GWS Giants AFL & AFLW, Sydney Kings & Flames, Paralympics Australia, Australian Olympic Committee, What Ability and many more! Your New Role You will be supporting the General Manager and Sponsorship team in the day-to-day running of our sponsorships department. This will include, but is not limited to: Diary management and scheduling of sponsorship calendar and events Coordinating and responding to donation requests via email and phone Building and maintaining strong, productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Logistics and coordinating of sponsorship assets/signage/merchandise Representing and activating at sponsorship activations and events Working at offsite activations/events which may involve travel, weekends, and late nights General administration duties including filing, research, booking travel, reporting, reconciling invoices and expense statements About You You are a clear communicator, a go getter and are confident interacting with people across all levels of the business. You will also possess: Previous work experience, preferably in an office environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Great administration skills including excellent phone manner A positive can-do attitude Excellent time management skills Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ability to prioritise conflicting tasks/events and meet deadlines Be able to work independently and be proactive Ability to travel and attend events when required (late nights & weekends) Have access to reliable transport Experience in a similar role or marketing is advantageous but is not essential Why Harvey Norman?
