About the role We are seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect to assist with the management of architectural deliverables for our large Health client. As an expert in solution design and delivery, you will bring your wealth of experience for a role that is a strong mix of Network and Application Solutions architecture. A background in Government and/or Health would be ideal. You will also mentor and support a team of technical Architects. About you Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Deliver operations technology solutions that focus on plant performance, operations safety and automation of operations and business processes. Deliver architecture blueprints, designs, strategy and working solutions across the operations, asset management, planning, supply chain management and risk management domains. Manage the culture of agile delivery and the dev ops approach, fit-for-purpose design, Automation, Manage by Exception, and Abnormal Situation Management. Analyse business processes, including recognition of the potential for automation of the processes, assessment of the costs and potential benefits of the new approaches considered and, where appropriate, management of change, and assistance with implementation. Contribute to evaluating the factors which must be addressed in the change programme. Analyse business processes; identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches, typically seeking to exploit technology components. Evaluate the financial, cultural, technological, organisational and environmental factors which must be addressed in the change programme. Establish requirements for the implementation of significant changes in organisational mission, business functions and process, organisational roles and responsibilities, and scope or nature of service delivery. Lead, mentor and support a team of Architects Requirements: Over 10 years experience delivering operational technology solutions to either a large Government or Health organisation. Over 10 years experience in solution and integration architecture in an enterprise. Experience in leading and mentoring of a technical team. Why Fujitsu?
