About You: You are an experienced professional with an innate ability to interact with people at all levels, showing empathy and respect. You have a demonstrable ability to flex your style to make your audience more comfortable. As a professional, you have a proven track record on delivering multi-faceted projects on time and on budget with an ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a highly supportive team. As the Marketing and Community Engagement Manager you’ll be taking the lead in identifying growth opportunities. You, together with our Marketing Coordinators and a range of external contractors, will drive the strategic marketing plan and execution for each of the brands in the H.Parsons group. Your exceptional written, verbal and creative communication skills combined with your experience in creating, leading and bringing marketing plans to life will see you thrive in this role. You have demonstrable skills in delivering marketing projects that increase market share in an increasingly competitive industry. The other string to your bow is your ability to develop new business opportunities and contacts. You will be working with the aged care, healthcare, legal and financial professionals of the Illawarra to increase our brand awareness. Your proven track record in a BDM role in a similar service or event-related sector will be highly regarded. Essential Criteria: • Experience in developing and executing marketing plans that are informed by data, customer feedback, needs analysis and market forces. • Building and delivering campaigns that include digital, social, google, traditional advertising (radio and TV) and print media. Interviewees will be able to demonstrate their track record in SEM, SEO, website design, analytics and social media campaigning to deliver growth • Creativity and a proven ability in content creation that aligns with each of the H.Parsons’ Group brands and tone of voice. Exceptional ability in storytelling and pitching these to a variety of audiences using a variety of formats. • Highly developed written and spoken communication skills • Demonstrated experience in building B2B stakeholder engagement plans that contribute to the overarching strategic plan • Experience in building authentic and positive business relationships ensuring they align with the Parsons’ Pillars • Capacity to attend business and relevant networking events. • Understanding and applying findings from various data sources such as CRM systems, internal and external databases. • A track record in leading and directing staff Essential Qualities / Qualifications: • 5 years experience in a marketing management role from a customer service and/or event management related industry • SEO/SEM along with website expertise • Relevant tertiary qualifications • Business development experience • Leadership capability – leading teams both internal to the organisation and external contractors • Values that strongly align to our organisation Desirable Qualities / Qualifications • Copywriting and graphic design capability • Experience in media relations • Project management and business proposal writing skills • Master of Business Administration H.Parsons VALUES: • Reputation - pride in our service and history • Cohesive - together we care • Honest - we do what is right • Fun - we enjoy what we do
