Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of personal injury and workers' compensation cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Conduct thorough assessments to determine the needs of clients and develop personalized case management plans. Collaborate with internal teams, legal professionals, and external stakeholders to facilitate the best possible outcomes for clients. Keep abreast of industry regulations and changes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the claims process with empathy and professionalism. Qualifications and Experience: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus.
