Keep your data accessible and actionable with a single solution that ensures your data is always available — no matter what.As the Team Lead for Subscription Renewals, you will oversee sales activities within a defined territory, focusing on existing Commvault customers. Leading a team dedicated to the Land-Adoption-Expand-Renew journey, you'll drive sales targets while emphasizing the significance of Annual Recurring Revenue and associated metrics. Collaboration with field Account Executives and Customer Success Managers will be pivotal to your success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team to maintain consistent customer engagement throughout the renewal sales cycle.Strategize multi-year subscription renewal options and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.Coordinate renewal activities with assigned Customer Success Managers, fostering successful partnerships.Demonstrate adeptness in diffusing challenging situations, driving resolution, and securing stakeholder buy-in.Drive process improvement initiatives in alignment with organizational goals, taking calculated risks where necessary.Qualifications:Previous experience leading a team of renewals sales specialistsMaintain consistent customer engagement throughout the renewal sales cycle.Ability to scope current and future environments, and present multi-year subscription renewal options to the customer.Identify and close upsell/cross-sell deals during the renewal engagement; maintain opportunities for these transactions.Coordinate renewal activity with assigned CSM; develop successful working relationship based on geographic alignment.Comfortable creating new processes with leadership, willing to take risks within goal-oriented framework.Commvault is an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
