Manager - Private Tax

JOB DESCRIPTION Our PwC Private Tax team builds trusted relationships with businesses. We support them in making informed decisions, and complying with income tax obligations, blending technical skills and strategy to advise high-profile companies, large privately-owned organizations, innovative start-ups as well as multinational corporations with spectacular results.  Our team is expanding and we’re looking for a Manager. The role offers high levels of responsibility, the satisfaction of working on interesting and challenging projects and participation in a successful team.   Use the know-how you've gained in Tax. With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow.  As an expert in corporate tax compliance, you’ll use your 4+ years experience in the management of a portfolio of clients, as well as your CA, CPA or other accounting or legal qualifications to: Work with clients through all stages of their business life cycle including growth and succession/exit, developing solutions for the complex problems that arise in each stage. Work with complex corporate tax compliance and consulting advice, domestic tax issues including consolidation and restructuring advice, international tax matters, and involvement in mid-market M&A transactions (including undertaking tax due diligence and acquisition tax structuring) Get involved in proposals and business development  Lead, mentor and develop a team high performing team It’s time to move forward.
