This role also encompasses general administration duties under the direction of the Service Manager and a wider workshop team. You’ll book, organise and liaise with customers regarding their service and repair requirements, and ensure information is relayed to the appropriate people, you'll collect all information and documentation, and make sure all records are correct. You’ll be the key contact between our service team and our customer, and you will be across invoicing, quoting, account reconciliation and purchase orders. You love working in a team and are focused on facilitating smooth job flow and customer satisfaction.
