Professional Services Implementation - Corporate Tax

Do you have experience in corporate tax, Big 4 or working as a Professional Services Consultant? Due to an internal move we have a job to suit! In this position you will play a lead role in the successful implementation of multiple tax software solutions for new clients across various industries, while leveraging your experience in Australian tax.You will work closely with the client to ensure expectations and requirements are met, deliver according to a project timeline, and escalate any issues as appropriate. In addition to new client implementations, you will also assist existing clients with the delivery of consulting engagements, training and other services centred around the Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE software suite. Experience in Australian corporate tax and familiarity with tax software is required.About the Role:In the role of Professional Services Consultant, you will:Deliver ONESOURCE product implementations, customisation and consulting assignments for customers, in accordance with delivery guidelinesManage projects, including scheduling and running project meetings, project reporting and administrationProactively engage with customers to support retention and optimise their usage of ONESOURCE productsRequirements capture, scoping, setup & designContribute to the training of customers by facilitating face to face and online training sessions, as well as preparing training materials and recording eLearning training videosProvide input to Product Managers and Product Engineering teams on product enhancements, customer feedback and user experienceAbout You:You’re a fit for the role of Professional Services Consultant if you have:At least 2 years’ experience working in corporate tax (e.g. Big 4 or an inhouse tax team)Relevant tertiary qualification or commensurate practical experience.
