We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Recovery/PACU team with Full-time positions. Work to suit your lifestyle with a supportive team. You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care are provided. As a Registered Nurse – Recovery/PACU, your responsibilities will include: Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient care Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end-of-life needs Led successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs Act as a role model for Safe Practice About the Company The hospital is a 152 bed hospital which offers a range of specialties including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, ENT surgery, general medicine, general surgery, gynaecology, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, plastic & reconstructive surgery, oncology and urology. It has 9 operating theatres - operates electively over a 6-day week, a procedure room, 3 angiography labs, an Infusion Suite, a 24/7 Cardiac Emergency Service and a 10 bed level 3 critical care unit.
