We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Foreman to join our Service Department in Temora Important Company. The Foreman will work collaboratively with the Service Manager and Branch Manager; providing mechanical support and assistance to the workshop; coordinating and monitoring the service and repairs in progress within the team and ensuring that all work meets quality standards while providing strong leadership to a talented and dynamic team. Trade/Cert III qualified Heavy Vehicle/Diesel Mechanic or Agricultural Technician 2+ years' experience as a Heavy Vehicle/Diesel Mechanic or Agricultural Technician and a solid understanding of Service Department Operations Confident leadership skills, including the ability to lead, train and coach others; Strong communication skills, both written and spoken; Attention to detail to ensurehigh levels of quality assurance; and Experience with John Deere and competitive products On top of your remuneration package this role includes: Incentives paid upon successful productivity and efficiency targets Tools of trade such as iPhone and computer Ongoing John Deere training and personal development Diversity each day working on a variety of machinery whether in workshop on infield Rewarding career opportunities to advance through the organisation The chance to want to come to work At Hutcheon and Pearce we highly value the continuous improvement and growth of our team - we offer extensive, ongoing development and training.
