This new property includes a Café, private dining facilities, a Hair and Beauty Salon, a multi faith room, and a gym to help with rehabilitation, all contained within our unique household living model for 16 to 19 residents. Your New Role As a member of the Campbell Place Aged Care team, you will get to join a team who are united in providing exceptional care to our residents and support to their families. What Your New Role Looks Like:  Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents Ensuring detailed documentation is updated Building and maintaining strong relationships within our team, with our customers and family members Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive   About You Above all, you will align to our  Values of Bold, Warm and Honest .  You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your residents.
