Disability Manager - Accommodation Services

The Organisation

Jewish Care Victoria was first established in 1848 and offer diverse services including aged care, mental health & wellbeing, disability services and family and child support services.

• _ The Opportunity

Reporting to Divisional Manager, Disability, the Disability Manager will work in close collaboration with the team to drive operations and enhance service delivery across Jewish Care’s Accommodation services including Supported Independent Living (SIL) & Short-Term Accommodation (STA).

The Disability Manager will have:

• Oversight of five direct reports including Practice Leads and a Clinical Nurse.
• An ability to think creatively to decrease vacancies within the portfolio.
• A strong knowledge of practice frameworks including supervisory frameworks.
• Experience in creating innovative solutions, influencing culture and collaborating.
• Proven track record of leading a complex accommodation portfolio including financial budget management and rostering.

About You

• Experience as a passionate and influential leader.
• Effective communication skills able to engage and motivate at all levels.
• Experience in maintaining effective governance and compliance structures.
• Willingness to obtain a national police clearance, WWC, NDIS Check and three COVID vaccinations.
