As an experienced childcare professional from an operations, centre director, coordinator or management background, you are ready to take the next step in your career to drive outcomes and support our teams in the delivery of exceeding programs in your region.

Responsible for up to 6 specialist OSHC services, and reporting to an experienced operations manager. TheirCare are ready to invest in you, support your growth and career to deliver exceptional outcomes in your role.

About your new role :

  • You will lead and enhance quality practice across your services
  • Implement the TheirCare way of programming, safety, quality and compliance
  • Coach and mentor your teams with a focus on improvement and the cascading of knowledge
  • Responsibility across rostering, financial and engagement of communities
  • Critical reflection and planning to support increases in child outcomes in service
  • Develop positive relationships with families, school stakeholders and communities

Experience and Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in the childcare and disability sectors is required
  • Strong knowledge of industry process and Regulations
  • Strong knowledge of the National law & Regulation
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of TheirCare’s internal policies and procedures
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Has a positive attitude and approach with a genuine desire for change
  • Completed Diploma level qualification approved by ACECQA
  • Current first aid
  • Drivers license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region
