Your responsibilities involve providing essential nursing care and support to residents in accordance with Arcare‘s Values. You will play a crucial role under the supervision of an RN to provide positive resident outcomes. Your primary functions will be: Personal Care: Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming. Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed by the physician and ensuring proper documentation of medication records. Health Monitoring: Observing and recording residents' vital signs, symptoms, and any changes in their health condition. Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for residents with minor wounds. Assessment and Reporting: Conducting health assessments and reporting any changes in residents' health to the supervising RN or healthcare team and on eCase. Skills & Experience Current AHPRA Registration. Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn. Collaborative and skilled at teamwork. Friendly and effective communication abilities.
