Level Plumbing Mudgee is looking for an exceptional Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our team. The position is 24 hours per week, permanent part-time, hours negotiable. We're looking for a dynamic person who can manage the many administration facets of the business including bookkeeping, job scheduling, social media and marketing management and work health & safety organisation. We are looking for someone with: - Proficiency in all aspects of bookkeeping; payroll, filing monthly BAS, invoicing and accounts payable & receivable - Ability to coordinate WHS compliance for the team across a range of platforms - Experience with general office procedures including banking, mail and handling customer enquiries - Social media knowledge, including Instagram & Facebook. The successful applicant will: - be highly disciplined and organised with attention to detail - have the ability to work independently and also communicate with the team - be self directed, motivated, reliable and honest - have excellent written and verbal communication skills - have excellent time management skills Requirements Applicants with the following qualifications would be highly regarded: - Experience with Xero bookkeeping software. - Experience with Google suite and proficiency with office software (eg Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, digital file management). - Experience with Simpro software.
