We pay significantly above the Aged Care Award & provide all staff the option to maximum their take-home pay with salary packaging. :

  • $32.64 per hour for casuals (Inclusive of 25% loading) :

About the role

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals as Community Support Workers. Using your people skills and knowledge you will deliver support, using a wellness and reablement framework, in client’s home and in the community.

Duties

  • Assist our clients to implement their goals, providing feedback on client’s care plan
  • Support our clients to access the community
  • Providing a safe environment for clients
  • May be required to assist client with personal care needs and general household duties.

Requirements :

  • Experience or willingness to work with vulnerable people of all ages
  • Knowledge and ability to enact Aged Care standards
  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence and access to an insured vehicle
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or ability to obtain one before commencing)
  • Criminal History Check

A Certificate III or above in Community Services, Aged Care, Leisure and Health, Individual Support or related discipline would be an advantage.
