You will provide engineering assistance to the Project team, assist with meeting cost and time schedules, verifies materials, equipment, and quality, and assures results meet design requirements. Your responsibilities will include: Perform inspections and initiate supporting documentation for all Civil installations on an ongoing basis. Provide support to field supervision in establishing requirements for workforce, tools, equipment, and material requirements for a given work activity. Develop / review installation work packages and construction work packages in support of the construction schedule. Execute field material take-offs from "Issued For Construction" drawings and provide input to the quantity tracking applications and reporting on weekly installed quantities. Prepare field material requisitions for equipment and materials, and monitoring status of purchase orders and deliveries. Other duties as designated.   What You Bring: Degree in Engineering or Construction Management plus 5 years of experience or 8 years of equivalent industry experience in-lieu of a degree. Knowledge of engineering and construction methods and processes customarily acquired over time through specialized instruction or practical experience with experience on a Mining construction site. Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other common applications used in the construction industry. Demonstrated ability to motivate team members effectively & positively in a collaborative team environment. Experience managing Works Contractors. Familiarity with Bechtel Standard Applications (BSAPs) including Setroute, Unifier, Aconex, DSCS, PTR, Agile, Navisworks, and other automation tools which are used on Bechtel projects.
