How will I help? This role is part of our EmPower Up return to work program, created for people who have had career break of 2 years or more and are now looking to return to the workforce. Sitting within the Transformation and Portfolio Office, this role will be responsible for the project management of the remediation of Windows 2008 and 2012 for Internet facing business critical applications. Some responsibilities of the role include: Develops clear project plans, scope, objectives and timelines for small to medium sized projects or programs using fit for purpose methodologies, tools and delivery approaches.  Manages and controls project budget and resources to identify and diagnose variances between planned and actual costs.  Applies common financial and accounting principles to evaluate cost effective options and solutions against business strategy Effectively prioritises tasks and/or projects to focus on work that has the greatest impact What’s in it for me? The successful candidate will have Experience performing project management in slightly complex situations requiring occasional guidance from senior team members Has experience managing small teams to deliver small/medium size projects Managers delivery of initiatives, including managing financial and resource requirements, risks and implications from changes to plans Has good stakeholder management abilities and is exposed to external stakeholders such as regulators and vendors What is it like to work there?
