Your Opportunity:You will join a business at an important stage of their development and take a crucial position in helping the business grow and provide strategic, financial support.You will report to the Managing Director of this privately owned business that operates across ANZ; they manufacture products that are sold in major retail outlets and have a strong, established presence. They're a zero-debt business that is cash positive and they have plans in place to continue their growth - of which you will be an important part.It's a business that also experiences a low turnover of staff and they have created an excellent culture where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.What You'll Do:You will support and review the output of a team of 4 professionals who will take responsibility for all transactional duties (AP/AR/ Payroll) therefore allowing you to be hands-on with other duties.These will include taking ownership for a recent ERP implementation and making enhancements to existing processes and liaising with the vendor.In addition, you will take their Management Reporting to the next level allowing for greater visibility and as such, influencing strategic decisions.
