About the Role Peter Warren Automotive is now on the hunt fora Administration Clerk to join our WarwickFarm Dealership. What the role entails: Data Entry: Processing journals, daily RMScostings, and weekly CTP costings.General Accounting: Costing and processing forused car sales, retail, and wholesale; allocating banking, cashsales, and EFTPOS receipts.Office Administration: Ordering stationery,handling various forms and suppliers, electronicarchiving/scanning, and physical file management.Ensure accuracy to all documentation including spreadsheets,appointments and bookings as requiredProcess data and documentation in an accurate and timelymannerEnsure emails are responded to effectively and in a timelymannerProvide general administration support to the relevantoperations team, where requiredCollaborate with other teams when projects assignedSupport and champion the PWAH policies and procedures What we are looking for: Strong focus and commitment to quality, compliance andaccuracyrequirementsHigh level of interpersonal, verbal and communication skillswith the ability to communicate at all levelsDemonstrated reliability in meeting deadlines and commitmentswith an ability to set realistic goals, problem-solve and establishwork prioritiesComply so far as reasonable instructions provided by yourmanager or businessCooperate with any PWAH policies and proceduresAbility to work autonomously but also collaboratively with ateam What we offer: The opportunity to work in a well established company with anexcellent reputation for customer serviceDiscounts with Samsung A dynamic and friendly work environmentCareer opportunities that only come with working within one ofthe largest automotive companies
