Manufacturing and Production Cowra, Australia Production Operators of all levels About the positions Reporting into the shift supervisor you will be working a rotating roster of day and afternoon shift, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to: Operating, running and overseeing production machinery Preparing ingredients Performing changeovers Troubleshooting Reading & following instructions Contributing to overall continuous improvement of production, sharing ideas Working as part of a team and also autonomously What we are looking for Position one: Min 12 months consistent experience in a similar role. Running machines, measuring our ingredients, quality control Strong communication skills Basic computer skills Teamwork Availability to work across rotating shift patterns Manufacturing experience is advantageous however not essential Forklift licence or willing to obtain prior to commencement Be able to meet requirements of a pre-employment medical which includes drug & alcohol testing Position two: Min 5 years consistent experience in all facets of food production.
