Job Description: KRA 1: Performance Management: Ensure completion of all PMS processes within timelines i.e. Goal setting, Mid-year and Annual review in the system through follow ups and providing support and ensure timely preparation of ACR data with accuracy and drive performance culture amongst employees Coordinate for establishment related activities. Assisting in performance appraisal activities KRA 2: Payroll Administration: To ensure monthly salary disbursal to RCW cluster units with 100% accuracy by timely coordinating with 1) all stakeholders for deduction inputs by 15th of the month 2) Ascent - third party payroll service provider for processing salary, give all deductions in 1st Cust 3) WFA team for various updations in payroll master data and 4) Finance department for final payment of salaries to employees for maintaining the employee satisfaction in salary payment process 4) Timely Completion of Exit process. 6) All the new joinees, joined before 18th of the month to get the salary through bank account, no salary advance. Ensuring 95% accuracy in the activitiesKRA 3: Leverage of Poornata: To Ensure 100% accuracy in compliance of WFA & PM module of Poornata by timely updating of changes and monthly self-audit/review of employee data in order to maintain accurate database at any time.Updating and mapping of positions as per Project Omega with 100% accuracy in the Position Management & WFA data. Zero deviations in all processes related to Payroll in PoornataKRA 4:HRMIS & HR Operations: To timely incorporate MIS data related to various stakeholders at unit and HO by preparation of all required data in provided formats in order to share with the concerned. To timely issue Confirmation / Separation / experience letters / and ensure accurate personal file records. To send/ ensure receipt of the personal files of inter unit transfers along with their medical files by communicating & following up with the concerned within 15 days of the exit / joining of the employeeKRA 5: Participation Team WCM activities -5 S activities -Elimination of MUDA -Identification of Internal Customer Rating –Quality improvement Objectives -Improvement of WCM criteria scoreKRA 6: To attend General HR and Establishment matter as per requirement - Manpower Planning and Organization ChartPreferably: Working in Core Payroll & Talent Acquisition in UTCLEssential: MS Office Qualifications: Diploma in HRD&M,MBA,Post Graduate Pgm. in Mgmt.,Master Of Social Work,Master of HRD Minimum Experience Level: 6-10 Years Report to: Senior Officer
