About the role In this role you will be an Onsite Desktop Support Specialist who is experienced with troubleshooting software & hardware. You be report into the Regional IT Manager and be responsible for supporting internal customers, onshore & offshore, within standard business hours. To be successful in this role you will have experience supporting Windows & Apple and have strong communication skills for stakeholder management. This is a 3-month contract that is unlikely to extend. About the company My client is a global medical research organisation based in Western Sydney.
